Professional drivers are frequently exposed to a wide variety of potential conflicts while on the road, some of which can involve confrontational interactions with other drivers or pedestrians. Also—due in large part to our current driver shortage and other industry changes—conflicts between drivers and management over issues related to scheduling, compensation, etc. are becoming increasingly more common. Please join us for an interactive session to discuss conflict resolution and de-escalation skills that can benefit both drivers and managers working through these situations.
