SUMMARY:Train the Trainer Certification Program (Dec - Portland)
DESCRIPTION:This 3-day course provides practical information for teaching the adult learner. It is designed to assist those with training responsibility for new drivers and will be a highly interactive learning environment.  \n\n\n\nBy the end of the course\, participants will be able to:\n\n\n	Effectively analyze their training audience and adjust style to meet learning needs\n	Apply adult learning techniques to training materials\n	Create a learning environment that is effective for each student\n	Develop evaluation strategies that identify whether or not learning has occurred in and out of the classroom\n\n\nEach participant's progress in meeting class objectives will be evaluated based on active participation in the instruction sessions\, individual and group assignments\, as well as their demonstrated competence of key concepts. \n\n\n\nParticipants who finish the program will receive a certificate of completion.\n\n\n\n**This class will meet for 3 sessions:\n\nDec 6\, 7 & 8 (8am to 5pm each day)
